Janie Fraser is a small independent but well-established business that caters, with a personal touch, for a wide range of clients. She takes pride in providing bespoke menus to meet her clients’ varied requirements but always works with the highest-quality ingredients sourced from organic and free range independent suppliers to create a fresh and tempting array of dishes.

Janie’s naturally artistic flair is obvious; she combines colours and tastes in both authentic and innovative recipes, highlights of colour creating accents in dishes that taste as good as they look and look as good as they taste.

Drawing on her experience from working with other high quality catering companies, but has certainly developed her own unique style through the love of food. Janie has been a listed caterer at the Design Museum.

 Janie concentrates on providing a service that is stylish yet subtle, understated and unobtrusive and yet at the same time tailored to suit the occasion.
