Janie’s naturally artistic flair is obvious; she combines colours and tastes in both authentic and innovative recipes, highlights of colour creating accents in dishes that taste as good as they look and look as good as they taste.
Drawing on her experience from working with other high quality catering companies, but has certainly developed her own unique style through the love of food. Janie has been a listed caterer at the Design Museum.
